Facts About Me

1. I have 5 pets: 2 dogs, 2 cats and a guinea pig.
2. My favorite ice cream flavors are salted caramel and mint chocolate chip.
3. I am currently a junior in high school and I'm also part of the IB program.
4. I play recreational soccer and church basketball with my friends.

Q1. What is one thing you would save in a fire? 
A1. I would save my pets!

Q2. If you were stranded on a deserted island with only three items of your choice, how would you stay alive?
A2. I would bring food, water and a book. I probably wouldn't stay alive with only these things because I would eventually die of boredom and isolation!!!

Q3. Favourite book/film?
A3. My favorite books are Gone with the Wind, Harry Potter, and Pride and Prejudice. I can't pick just one film but I really enjoy Bridget Jones' Diary.

Q4. Are you a jewelry person?
A4. Yes and no. I think jewelry really adds to an outfit but I sometimes forget to wear it.

Q5. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
A5. I would go to the Amalfi Coast in Italy.

A8. I do like school, except for the fact that I have to wake up at 5:45 every morning. I like seeing all my friends and learning really interesting things.

A11. I had watched a bunch of bloggers' videos on YouTube and really got inspired by them to start my own blog. Blogging is a great way to get creative and share information.

New Laptop (Macbook Pro Retina) ♡

   I bought my new laptop on Wednesday! I'm really excited about it, because it is definitely an upgrade from my last laptop. My old laptop always had to be plugged in or else it would die. I needed a new laptop for school work, as well as just surfing the internet and storing photos and songs. I am also going to be using my new laptop on my DECA trip. I won a trophy at State Competition, so I am going to the International Competition in Nashville, TN. I've been saving up for a new laptop for a very long time and I definitely think it was worth the investment ♡

I got the 13 inch Macbook Pro Retina 2015 (8gb RAM with 128gb of SSD Flash Storage). I bought this refurbished from the Apple website ($1,099), because the refurbished models were cheaper, and didn't show any signs of usage. The refurbishment process at Apple is "rigorous", and their refurbished models are in perfect condition (no scratches or anything!). 

I love the sleek design of this laptop! It is extremely powerful but only weights 3.5 pounds. It is about a pound lighter than my old laptop which was a Dell Vostro 1320. It is extremely user friendly and works perfectly with my iPhone. The resolution is superb and very high quality also!


This is what the laptop came with- a charger, an extension cord, a cloth for the screen and an informational booklet.




I love all the great things that this computer can do! One of my favorite things is that you can multi-task by opening up multiple windows at the same time. I love doing multiple things at once, because it makes me feel like I'm getting more work done. The battery also lasts up to 10 hours. It'll be great for taking to school, because it isn't too heavy and won't die out on me. I'm really excited to play on this computer some more over Spring Break, which starts tomorrow for me. I really like Apple products, because I find them extremely easy to use! I think that I'll be able to get a lot of use out of it and I'm hoping it'll last me through college (I'm currently a sophomore in high school) ♡
